The Сompany’s current activities are managed by the Executive Body represented by the Chairman of the Board.
The Chairman of the Board shall operate on the basis of the legislation, the Company Charter and the regulation on the Executive Body.
The Chairman of the Board is elected by the Supervisory Board for a term of one year.
The competence of the  Chairman of the Board shall be established by law and by the Company Charter.
