Company’s history

            1995 – Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-840 of April 22, 1994 “On reorganization of the State Concern” Uzdonmahsulot “into the State                  Joint-Stock Corporation” Uzdonmahsulot ” Juma Elevator Open Joint-Stock Company was established on the basis of Juma Elevator State Enterprise in                                  accordance  with Resolution No. 88 of the Committee for State Property Management and Entrepreneurship Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 27,                1995 No. 123-k-PO. found.
            2015 – Re-registered in the form of JSC “JUMA ELEVATOR”.

Objective and Company’s main activity (main directions)

            The main goal of the society is to benefit from general economic activity.

            The sphere of activity of the society is:

• preparation and sale of wheat;
• flour production and sales;
• preparation and sale of barley;
• production and sale of mixed fodder.

Statutory fund

              The Company’s charter capital is 826,814,000 soums and is divided into 418,640 ordinary shares (placed shares) with a par value of 1,975 soums.

Organizational structure

             The supreme governing body of the company is the General Meeting of Shareholders of the company.
             The governing body for the implementation of the general management of the company’s activities (except for resolving issues within the competence of the                         General Meeting of Shareholders by law and the company’s charter) – the Supervisory Board of the company.
             The governing body of the day-to-day activities of the company is the Chairman of the Board of the executive body
             The Company’s supervisory bodies are the Company’s Auditor, the Internal Audit Service and the Corporate Advisor.
             The company has the following subsidiaries:
            ZARAFSHON ISSIQ NONLARI LLC was established in 2017 by the company with a 100% stake. Produces molded bread products.

Infrastructure

             The area of the community is 8.34 hectares. The community has an administrative building, a laboratory, an elevator for storing 113,000 tons of grain and other                     infrastructure facilities.
