JSC Juma elevatori in the Pastargom district of Samarkand region in a short time has become one of the most modern. Today, flour products manufactured in stores of this society are of high quality. Juma elevatori AS was established in 1977 with a total capacity of 113,000 tons. The main activity is the reception, drying, cleaning and storage in state reserves, the production of animal feed, molded bread and flour products on a contractual basis with farms.
To achieve this level, the company has completed several steps. The most important of them was the installation of modern mill equipment and equipment of the Turkish company Erkan Makina.
The new plant, which was imported for $ 782,000, doubled its operating costs and, conversely, reduced energy consumption by 1.4 times.
With the help of new equipment it is possible to process 120,000 tons of grain per day. In addition, it produces 90 tons of high-vitamin flour per day.
The demand of the population for flour products is satisfied. Flour production capacity increased from 9,000 tons to 27,000 tons. The total feed production capacity increased from 6,000 tons to 12,000 tons. Hot bread production totaled 800 tons.
As a result of these changes, the company created 20 new jobs. Conditions are being created for their safety, professional development, and cultural leisure. There is a cozy kitchen for workers and employees.
With the introduction of new technology, the whole process is based on an automated system.
“Naturally, demand will grow along with product quality,” said the head of Juma elevatori JSC, Shokir Pulatov. – We are working on a plan to export flour products from our workshops in 2021. In the bakery, modern bakeries also produce mold bread. We establish direct sales in our bakery. In addition, it is planned to introduce new technologies for daily production of extruded and granular feed in the territory of the Company to stimulate the economic activity of our joint-stock company. This is in line with our plans for fulfilling the tasks set in the 2020 Target Program, in accordance with government documents. Such projects will continue to expand based on proposed investment projects and proposals from enterprises and industry.
