“Juma Elevator” joint stock company informs that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held on December 7, 2022 (Wednesday) at 14:00 in the meeting hall of the company located at 2 Fitrat Street, Juma city.
Agenda of the meeting:

1. On approval of the regulations of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders;
2. The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the election of the number and personnel of the counting commission;
3. Based on the company’s financial indicators for the 9 months of 2022, on the distribution of net profit and dividend payment.
   The date of creating the list of shareholders with the right to participate in the extraordinary general meeting of the company’s shareholders and the registration of the register of shareholders with the right to receive notification of the meeting was set for December 1, 2022, and the date of the registration of the list of shareholders with the right to participate in the general meeting was set for November 16, 2022.
