“Juma Elevator” joint stock company informs that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held on September 11, 2023 (Monday) at 15:00 in the meeting hall of the company located at 2 Fitrat Street, Juma city.
Agenda of the meeting:
- Approval of the regulations of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
- Electing the number and personnel of the counting committee of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
- Making changes in the composition of the member of the monitoring board of the society.
The date of creating the list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the extraordinary general meeting of the company’s shareholders, as well as the date of forming the register of shareholders who have the right to receive a notification about the holding of the meeting is August 21, 2023, and the date of forming the register of shareholders who have the right to participate in the general meeting is set for September 5, 2023.
